Exchange Policy

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Simply email us at rivazh.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos or a short video of the product

A description of your concern

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

If your exchange request is approved, we'll guide you through the next steps.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
